Socialized or Privatized?

check this out. I have been against the idea of universal healthcare because I personally think we cannot afford it and their are flaws. Long lines and abuse. Look at the abuse of welfare in this country. Well anyway what do you guys think.

As it is now, healthcare in the US sucks terribly. I think a mix would be the best solution--combine the ideas of socialized and privatized to make a healthcare system that actually works. We know that what he have now clearly doesn't work, and we know that many people object to the idea of socialized healthcare. Using those two key points, we can make a healthcare system that is new and somewhat socialized, but not too socialized to the point where people start raging.
It's hard to explain what I'm talking about, but if you understand what I'm saying, woot.

You realize that 70% of Americans approve of the new healthcare plan, right?

I think what we need to do is have a way to make health insurance cheaper.
And i do not believe 70% of americans approve of Obamacare. Who told you that? The Government? A Government backed organization?
Though i do believe quite a few do support his health plan. If Obama passed this health care plan the value of our dollar will drop significantly in good time.

How do you figure? People will also have more money to spend on other things, albeit not much more money, but that will help America get back on its feet by spending more and that is essentially the backbone of Capitalism. Without spending, the economy falls.

the GOVERNMENT has to pay for it. Which means me you and all the other US citizens. This will result in printing money or Higher Taxes. Obama promised he wouldnt raise taxes but thats going to be impossible with what hes trying to do.
Raise taxes or damage our dollar more than even George bush did. Obama spent trillions in less than one year. Bush spent trillions in a war that lasted 6 years.
You wanna know how to fix the economy? Legalize Weed.... not that i smoke weed but from a political point it will create LOTS of jobs.
Its difficult for businesses to grow when the rich(those who own the buisnesses ) are being unfairly taxed. Of course this is a result of not only obama but the tax code which was introduced early 1900s or late 1890s(idr).
We cannot continue to have our taxes low if Obama wants to spend as much as he is spending. Soon or money will be worthless and their will be no point in doing business.
History lesson. After WW1 Germanys currency became SO worthless that people who use it was wallpaper and paint over it. Lol random fact of the day right there.

You realized that you were spoon-fed that by the government/media, right? Fun fact: A large, large majority didn't approve of Obama's original healthcare plan; it wasn't until he revamp'd it that a lot of people started to like it.
On topic: I think to avoid raising taxes, Obama is going to create a new tax (loool) to support his new healthcare plan. Really, that's the only way to not lie to the people (as it isn't raising taxes, just making new ones) and/or not kill the dollar. If this happens, I totally fucking called it.

I honestly believe its an important topic. But seriously. God knows what the government is doing behind the scenes.

I dont believe healthcare in the US sucks. Infact we have some of the best healthcare in the entire world. Problem is its too expensive.
