The meaning of race has changed!!!!!!!!

So thanks to Battlestar Galactica visiting the UN a month or so ago, the UN changed their constitution 3 weeks ago so the term "race" isnt used as a cultural deterrent but used to describe the entire human race as a whole. this was announced, for the first time, mere minutes ago on Attack of the Show!
